Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

They do not pay overtime when you have to work late due to coworkers coming in late unless you call above your regional manager. I have been waiting 4.5 months since I started to get new uniforms. My supervisor is very nice except for the fact that he wants me to do everything that he is supposed to do, but when it comes down to disciplining officers that do not do their job the way the client wants to, disrespects fellow officers, bad hygiene/ uniform, he fails to due not wanting to be confrontational. Prudential was given a 60 day notice to end services at a client site and is refusing to pay earned vacation time to officers that earned it and submitted the requests prior to the letter from client. Prudential currently has a lawsuit against them due to not paying earned overtime wages, wages in general, and several other things. Does provide security license but only after waiting several months to say either get your license or your fired. Has officers working without guard license in the State of Wisconsin. No office in the State of Wisconsin. Paper checks only. No option for direct deposit.

Pros

Absolutely nothing, avoid this company at all costs!!

Cons

1. Have to pay for provided vehicle gas upfront and then be reimbursed (@ a later date they determine). 2. YOU provide ALL tools including ladders, corded hammer drills, etc. big tools that any 'normal' company would provide. 3. They DO NOT provide direct deposit, you have to go to the office every Friday to pick up your paper check.....it will be given to you as long as your truck stock is on par, your vehicle is washed and clean inside and if not, you won't be getting you check until it is to their satisfaction. 4. If you have ANY out of pocket expenses (materials for a job) make sure you go over in detail your check, they will add these things so you get taxed on them again....same when your upfront gas money. 5. They hire anyone with a beefed up resume and pay them big $$ and all you do is clean up after them.
