Valuable learning experience but lacks structure and transparency - Account Manager Psdigital Employee Review

I interviewed with PSdigital for a digital marketing role and initially felt positive about the experience as they showed me during the interview. They requested that I complete a comprehensive digital strategy for an existing client, which took me seven full days to prepare. After presenting my work, I was asked to make additional changes and add more slides, which I completed promptly. Unfortunately, after submitting the updated version, communication completely stopped. I reached out for feedback but received no response, leaving me in limbo after investing significant time and effort. While assignments can be part of the interview process, I believe companies should value candidates’ time and efforts by providing clear follow-up or constructive feedback. A more professional approach would improve the experience for future candidates.

Interview is easy and the hiring is fast.

Very incompetent leadership and a perfect example of an early stage Dunning Kruger Effect. It is certainly not recommended for high calibers or businesses.
