Lack of transparency - Anonymous employee PsychicOz Employee Review

I worked as an advisor on this platform for a short time and never received any bad ratings from clients. Unfortunately, I missed a few calls due to poor signal/service where I was living at the time, and my account was deactivated. Wanting to correct the issue, I later moved into the city specifically so I would have a much better signal and would not miss any more calls. After moving, I reapplied twice, completed and passed the test readings both times, yet I was still denied the opportunity to return. What confuses me is that the company continues advertising that they are hiring psychics, while refusing to give former advisors with proven good ratings a second chance — even after the original issue has been resolved. Another company I worked for was understanding about my previous signal issues and allowed me to come back once my situation improved, which I appreciated greatly. This company, however, felt extremely cutthroat and unwilling to communicate clearly about why I was permanently denied rehire. I also find it odd that they still retain all of my personal information and allow me to log into the account, despite repeatedly rejecting my applications. Overall, the lack of transparency and unwillingness to reconsider good advisors left me disappointed.
