      Pros

      - My team (FOH, Instructors & housekeeping) was amazing! Had so much working with them, made long-term friends. - Very fast-paced, always have something to do and can do more so I don't get bored during shifts. - Quite organised, good protocols and improved head office to studio communication. - Good team gatherings!

      - Teamwork between managers and FOH's is poor. -
