Very hostile work environment, upper mgmt believes they can disrespect, disparage and belittle any employee. Some in upper mgmt are more concerned about scoring points over other depts instead of serving our customers. Because of this incompetent leadership the company is going out of business and is laying off workers, the talent drain from the company is horrible. Both customers and venders are recognizing the dire straits that the customer is in.
