Very social, relaxed environment. Free beer and meal during shifts. Relatively easy work. Making good relationships with coworkers is easy and fun. Bonuses for confiscated fake IDs.

Downsides of most bar jobs: drunks, the rowdy, the messy. Sometimes only having 2 bouncers on duty seems too little.

Management is great! Make a lot of friends, and the customers are really friendly.

You split tips with your co workers, and they want you to say hi and bye to every customer.
