-Fun work environment when managers aren't stressed -Stocked kitchen -VPN

-No vacation October-December -Terribly abusive upper management -Toxic work environment (upper management, including CEO, say nasty things about employees and let it get back to them) -No growth even though they promise that during the hiring process -Almost impossible to reach bonus goals which they promise in the interviews -No job security, always threatening to be fired for little mistakes

- Good people - A nice place to start and learn about media buying

- Ad-Tech is kind of gross - Search is dead -They are cheap
