Pros
The working environment is clean, sterile, quiet - if you like that kind of thing.
Cons
Poor communication, little effort is made on collaboration and team building. Managers are bullies and lairs, quick to point the finger at others. There is a definite bias toward hiring grunts. They don't want thinkers or innovators, just work more hours, do more stuff and keep your nose to the grindstone. No one ever stays very long except the managers seem to hold on. They go through a lot of employees, always announcements of new people hired. In general, this is not a good working environment. There are a few that seem to survive this place, but can't imagine they are very happy.
