      Pros

      i work as a system administrator 2012 and DBA 11G and all previous versions of both the courses and managemnt as well as administrative jobs in my department.

      Cons

      it is challenging job and i am covering a huge area where our installation has been installed. i have to go from place to place to look after the equipmentes softwares and other areas of my interestes regarding information technology.

      It was a great learning experience with very knowledge people working there. Great co-workers Fun Environment Laid-Back Atmosphere

      Cons

      Lots of miss communications Often times I found myself lost and kept out of the loop on some minor things. Some people aren't driven and at times its discouraging
