      Network team was a fun group to be, people were highly qualified and easy to work with. There was a strong sense of team work.

      Small company/group, job advancement was limited. Limited backup or support during timeoff due to same team size.

      Most of the leadership team doesn't know what is happening and has no direction, which makes it easy for teams to fool them.

      Cons

      Same as above, that will lead to your dismissal if you're trying to do the right thing for the project.
