Avoid joining this company by all means - Internal Auditor Public Mutual Employee Review

1. Worst Head of Department - always demotivate you especially once she starts to aim at you, she will aim at you at every single things you do, no matter you did it right or wrong. She will make everything difficult for you. She will also ask other staff not to talk to you. She will indirectly want you to tender resignation letter. When it comes to exit meeting with auditee, she will only kept quiet at the background and not giving any inputs nor help the staff, instead you will get scolded for not doing well in the exit meeting. Never give any guidance. You will learn nothing from her. Always act like she is open for discussion on anything, but when we do, she will only want it to be her way. 2. HR - they do not admit their mistakes, instead, they accused you. 3. Management - listen and believe one side of the story from HR and its Departments' Heads. 4. Low salary 5. High turnover in the department, mainly due to the Head of Department. (of course, many of us gave her the reason that we found a better offer, but in fact, we know the real reasons behind)
