Great management, good training, friendly work environment, the work isn't too demanding, fun atmosphere, nice place to work at overall especially for entry level work
Cons
It is the state so there are hardly any raises and because of this there Aren't very many incentives to stay. If you ask for a raise they will say it isn't in their budget and even if you have higher skills than others you will get hired at the minimum amount.
