Can feel cliquey as some people been there forever

It's a job. Have great team members who are working their socks off right now and not being recognised for their hard work - miss them and the office during corona times.

Management structure is a joke because it is top heavy with directors that we never see except in token staff briefings. Next level down there are a surfeit of business managers who are supposed to manage their teams, but do not do this effectively either. Too many overpaid chiefs.
