Pros
Benefits are amazing and the office in Farringdon is quite well connected. Breakfast in the office, snack cart in the afternoon and the barista, Relatively flexible WFH approach, althoug they have been trying to change that in the last 2 years!
Cons
Where to start: - They have changed their approach to WFH policies and have started to push to more rigid in office presence claiming to improve collaboration even when your entire team is oversea and there is noone to collaborate in person. - Increasingly relying on hiring delivery teams from India for cost cutting purposes. - I have been on the bench for a long time because of no new project availble and made to feel guilty that I didn't go out to find myself a new project, despite there being specific people whose job is to staff project and avoid people staying on the bench for too long. - I have been waiting for 1 year to be promoted but was told I needed to wait to be put on a 100% billable project in order to be promoted - there used to be amazing Christmas parties in the past, now we barely get one and this last year 2025 it was kind of sad. - so much blame shifting from management - despite being a company that tries really hard to push the diversity agenda on paper the reality is that the gender pay gap has actually been getting worse and the number of women in higher positions has descreased overtime.
