Pros
You get paid on time. They are trying to win clients and expand the business in this region
Cons
-unprecedented levels of micromanagement from leaders who are meant to be only overseeing. -passive aggressive rude colleagues creating unwelcome environment for staff new to PS. -expectation to work 24*7, weekends and give your life to them. Nobody says good morning, thanks or bye as the day doesn't end. Expectation to work even if you're very sick and have said it on teams. Leadership doesn't care and will send a list of tasks to complete. -badly sold engagements to client and lack of planning causing staff to overwork. Lack of client needs management, bending over backwards to meet their expectations. -leadership can't regulate their emotions, is panicky and displaces anger to target staff under them, without hearing their side of the story. -my time at PS was so horrible that I had to seek therapy as it resulted in chronic stress, disappointing as they're painting a completely different impression in the interview and are a global firm.
