If you are 16 and looking to make a few dollars a week for gas and going out with your friends it's fine. If you are a responsible adult needing money to make a living, move along. This won't be the place for you. Management treats you like a child. They do not have your back if there is an issue with rude customers. I have been with the company almost 2.5 years. Finally leaving for full time employment. I won't say this is the worst place I worked but certainly not the best or even close to the best. Publix definitely does not care about their employees. They have taken away our inventory bonuses, raised the amount of hours per calendar year to get insurance. I can go on and on and on. Just glad I am leaving and don't have to deal with this company anymore.
