H1Bs who are joining the firm make sure you understand this especially in Covid like situations 2) GC EB3 processing for qualified lead engineers by default which will allow you to get stuck in queue for years 3) Immigration team lacks qualified resources and they least care of the concerns and very poor communication. 3) Low salaries as per industry standard 4) Upper Management is non technical and they are not in sync with latest industry practices in processes and also technologies. 5) Growth is limited unless you don't care and retiring soon
