Cons
Management can be borderline abusive. They will provide begrudging assistance and express blame on the team for being incapable of managing an overwhelming rush hour in even the most busy department of their store. We'll be understaffed and unable to maintain a regular flow of the most popular selling items and management will still step back into the kitchen to wonder why you're incapable of making some extra item that corporate is experimenting with this week. Some will be quick to outright lie if they give you bad direction. They will not hesitate to single out an associate and blame them for the mistake of a manager.
