Pros

- mission driven and unique application/use case of AI - product has complexity. feels more like a "construction tech" company instead of another "ai for __" company which I like a lot. feels real and genuine, as opposed to disillusioned - Scrappy startup that moves quickly - real values that feel organic - strong sense of vision and focused co-founders which makes it easy to believe in the future of the company - fun to work with people. one of the first companies I've worked at where I feel genuinely comfortable speaking my mind but also supported and encouraged to form my own opinions, and can share a good laugh along the way - celebrates hard work and grit

Cons

- company is still building out fun perks - normal capacity constraints that you'll see in a startup. there is a lot of work to do

Pros

* Incredibly kind, thoughtful and smart team. No "Sunday Scaries". It really is a joy to get to work with this caliber of people and I honestly love going to work and the positive energy. * Pulley is making a *real* impact for our customers. We really are changing the way our customers permit and transforming their working lives. * Great trajectory. Company continues to crush and the speed of product development is truly remarkable.

Cons

I'll call it more a "challenge" than "con", but the truth is with any fast growing company change, is fast and often. You have to embrace it and love it. Personally, it's what I was looking for and love working at a place that doesn't have a ton of operational/tech debt where you can't quickly improve. In the era of Claude and other AI tools, that's even more important imo and happy to be here.

Pros

Access to founders and positivity of everyone.

Cons

Extremely slim TAM. Inability to raise another round of funding beyond Series A but keeps hiring. Sales team is a revolving door. Disingenuous founders as well. Constantly worrying about hurting people's feelings because of how overly soft everyone here is.
