      Working for a main dealer

      Cons

      Being managed by inept individuals with no structure. Pay was never correct. No staff parking on site. No performance appraisals carried out. Greedy company. CEO nowhere to be seen. Very unfair place to work. If they want rid of you, they will find a way. OTE earnings on job descriptions are a lie. No support or development. Nobody has a clue what they're doing. High management are living the dream.

      The company put a lot of effort into social events like the Christmas parties

      Cons

      HR is very poor. They (she) appears to be heavily aligned with senior management rather than acting as a neutral party for employee relations.
