I loved working here. The management was very personalized, and all my coworkers were extremely friendly and willing to mentor. I gained many skills that will be applicable to other biotech/pharmaceuticals. Work from home capability when schedule allowed, great health insurance fully covered by employer, competitive salaries, other perks like lunch provided once a week and fun events.

Felt a little blindsided by layoffs after being reassured repeatedly that the company was in a good place and that there was runway well into the future. Otherwise the management was usually very transparent about funding and the big picture.

Blindsided by layoffs after being confirmed of having money line. Very much a use and abuse kind of situation as I was hired on to help with back load and once the backload was caught up enough, one of the first laid off.
