Pros
Been in company over 15 years. Last 4 since new management came on board has certainly seen a massive change in the culture and organisation. High expectations on employees but in return the are good rewards, autonomy and learning opportunities. Exciting place to be!
Cons
Little more clarity about future direction would be good, but overall no major issues.
