Pros
- Some team members were really great - Smaller teams means you're in the thick of it which can be exciting
Cons
- Bullying. Everywhere. At all levels, but especially at the top. In this day and age, it's simply disgusting to witness. - No discussions of career advancement/shift, and made to feel bad/undeserving when you try to discuss it. Same with salary re-alignment. - Expected to work/be available all waking hours, including weekends, even if tasks aren't urgent - No training provided upon starting - A lot of incompetence and miscommunication across the board
