This is one of the worst place to work with. One of the most important thing is all good reviews about this company has been written by owner of this company. I had told by HR. Narrow minded people. Since employees can't get any other job they are working in pulse. All managers are spy. They see you and tell manoj. Manoj is owner of company. He is a robot. Many restrictions ( not to use mobile, not to talk in office. All are busy in pulling each other down and get promotion by boss.). Very limited scope of learning. Seniors also has limited knowledge. You spy what is happening around and you will get Good salary etc. No value, self respect. Totally restricted place. If you make any mistake you will have to loose your once day salary. Again you do another mistake loose more salary. Boss thinks he is perfect but he himself is a mad senceless person. There is something called PF. It means process fail. Eg. You have kept your bag on the floor where you sit but not in drawers. This is a process fail. Another eg. You laughed or talking to someone on the floor, some1 will raise a PF against your name. This is very funny. Every mistake is PF. If you try to do something new is a PF. The more PF the more salary cut. There are many stupid things about this company. Anyone can write a book. Specially on manoj.
