Pros
Some of these reviews are mind boggling. You have people saying that the pros are the benefits and then the cons are the benefits....that they're moving to France (really?). I can assure you that they are not moving to France and can also assure you that the benefits are some of the best I've ever seen. Do you people even really know, or are you just complaining because you're disgruntled? I'm sure every other job you haven't liked or have been relieved of just happened to be someone other than your fault, too? I worked at Pulse for a little over a year and can attest that it is what you make it, like any professional job. If you put in the time and effort, you will be rewarded. If you don't do that, you'll walk away blaming everyone except yourself. I left Pulse by choice, but not for anything that they did or did not do. They provided me with every opportunity to succeed.
Cons
This is a pro and a con...They are owned by Cegedim. A great company from France, which has tremendous resources and is determined to grow in the US market. However, it is a company in France and sometimes the time difference can create some barriers in communication.
