Pros

The staff discount is good.

Cons

Senior management don't care about staff safety- despite recommendations from the police, they refused to take on any security. Half of the security cameras and the emergency exit lights dont work, and despite being repoted for 11months are yet to be fixed. You're sexually harassed by customers on a daily basis. You have to deal with creeps masturbating and clean up after them. There are no windows, so due to 9 hour shifts, you don't get to see the sun in winter. For all your trouble and lack of safety, you're paid minimum wage.

Pros

Difficult to think of any, a pay cheque.

Cons

- Family run businesses have many positives, sadly, this place has none of that. Lack of experience from the younger members of management, almost like their infighting to impress their parents. - No training offered. - If you don’t fit in, they simply won’t like your skill set. - often outnumbered due to the family having each other’s backs. - Lack of experience in other companies from management really shows.
