Honestly, I can't think of anything!

I joined the company as a full-time ML developer and since it is a startup, I had the chance to work more independent. The team leads are always helpful with their comments and feedback and make sure that I can handle the projects. As part of the projects I could learn more fundamentals about ML and also did more work on data cleaning. Overall such environment is quite rare across industry where you can grow fast and rest of team is there always to help. Also there is the flexibility to work hybrid. Through my work here, I've seen details and stages of a successful company and how/what decisions can lead to a positive result. So there is also learning opportunity on the leadership side. Highly recommend!
