Pros

Working at Pulsenics is a great opportunity to learn many new things. The team members are kind and helpful, which makes it a good place to work and improve your skills.

Cons

To be honest, the negative sides are more than the positives. The pay is low and there are almost no benefits. People often leave or get let go, so the team changes a lot. There is no work-life balance, and the expectations are too high, which makes you feel tired and stressed. You can handle it if your job is the most important thing in your life, but it’s not easy.

Pros

Pulsenics is a really cool place. So much energy. Everyone’s super approachable, and people genuinely care about helping you grow and succeed. There’s no backstabbing (like in typical corporate settings). Interesting projects. The leadership actually listens, promotes transparency and open communication- which isn’t something you see everywhere. I’ve worked at other places where nobody actually cares at all. I’ve also seen part timers & interns being converted to full time.

Cons

Interns are hired on critical projects, but when they leave, hand-offs can sometimes be tricky to wrap things up and finish the project they were part of. It also takes a lot of time to onboard and train interns, and their contract ends before they can actually start adding value. Some internal processes are still being developed and needs improvement.

Pros

Exciting, challenging work environment where you actually see your work make a difference and contributes to company growth . Leadership is supportive, team members very talented, and there’s lots of opportunities to take ownership and learn. It’s a great place for people who enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of something that’s innovative and interesting. Things move quickly. There is continuous improvement happening in every aspect.

Cons

I guess that depends who you ask. Every place has cons so I’m not really sure. I like to see the positive side of things.
