      Pros

      Great people you have the chance of meeting and discounted food. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Poor management, constant reoccurring problems, 2nd hand embarrassment working at a location with low supply of restock. Lots of false promises of promotions, most complete training and never get scheduled more than a handful of times for the new position.

      3 years ago it was great. Downhill from there. Can’t say any positives.

      Cons

      Everything from management to employees terrible. BOH and FOH managers can’t handle their emotions, don’t talk to their staff, don’t help, play the blame game. Bad employees rewarded, no accountability. Huge favoritism.
