Pros
- Excellent management: Tiered management structure, whereby you are always supported, but never micro managed. - Hardworking and creative team: I thoroughly enjoyed working with the other team members, always felt their enthusiasm for their jobs shine through in their work. - Thoughtful Touches: The company goes the extra mile in making you feel welcome , with each team member receiving their own Punch! stationary. Then when we went into lockdown we all received a personalised card, chocolate bar and notebook delivered to our door - this was a particularly nice touch. - Utilise your talents: I found that I was encouraged to take the lead where I felt confident and use the skills I had gained from previous roles. This made the role that much more engaging and fun.
Cons
- To be honest, I really enjoyed my time at Punch! and the only con for me was that I had to go on leave for 1 month, due to Covid-19
