Pros
You serve Intelligent and Educated people. The students add energy and vitality. It was also close to home. Love the tradition of Purdue.
Cons
I worked very hard with only minimal raises since ten they have restructured. I can imagine even lower salaries and Longer hours Exhausted at the end of every day!
