Pros
People are nice, work is steady and mostly 40 hour work week unless you're an exec. Their employee appreciation day called Spring Fling is pretty awesome.
Cons
Sometimes the work can lack challenge and be very redundant. There also much moving up the ladder or promotions. They are often stuck in their ways and change happens very very slowly but then it's done impulsively. It makes for a constant restart and delays of projects.
