      Work Flexibility, Remote work, great PTO, sick time, and parental leave. Work is not stressful and can often end work days on your time.

      Cons

      Low salary, little professional development, low mobility. Your voice gets drowned out among many, there is a lot of red tape to make change.

      Pros

      The benefits are fine, but not amazing. There are lots of nice aspects to working on campus. I like the library access.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great and there is the weird effect of state politics on operations.
