Pros
I have never seen a company with a culture so real. I worked at Pure for 4 years, before I got the job I assumed it was like half real business and half hype. I was wrong. It was crazy to work at a place that literally first round draft pics would walk in with a 50 million dollar contract on a Tuesday and Liz would walk out her office hug and kiss them like she was in her living room, this was crazy to me. Then I got used to it and I realized it was a legitimate small but growing company. Definitely had their challenges while I was there. While I was there they transitional from 2 stores to 4, I believe now they have 6. I was there for almost 4 years. I enjoyed it. I left because I was recruited for almost triple the salary, if Pure would have matched it I would have stayed. I sometimes even now still miss it because it was a cool place to be at.
Cons
I was hired to really learn and further my career, I wanted to work for the owner, I wish I had more time with Liz, I really feel like I could have learned more and that was what I thought would happen when I was hired but maybe she did not foresee the growth and how busy she would get. I did however learn a lot from the managers I worked with and also the E commerce team helped me often.
