Poor management - Anonymous employee Pure Business Group Employee Review

Senior management very hostile- aggressive behaviour- swearing on the floor aimed at agents. It is a no speaking environment (even if all work is completed). I felt very uncomfortable and anxious whilst working for this company as it’s like walking on egg shells no matter what you do. It will be 5 minutes before end of shift and you will get a request that needs doing now and are expected to complete this.
