The patients are usually pretty cool, as crazy as the turnover rate can be. Most of the staff are great, but rarely stay which is sad. The job day is done when they close so work life balance is OK.

"Attitude reflects leadership." Justin Scott is a terrible owner/leader. He is a professional gaslighter who makes his staff leave fake google reviews to compensate for the bad ones. The most concerning thing is that as a dentist he does not wash his hands after using the restroom. He shows little to no respect to anyone unless he's manipulating you for his benefit. If you disagree with him, he will just threaten your job security. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Do not find this out the hard way.
