Pros

The people are fairly nice and flexible schedule is only for executives.

Cons

First it looks like the rest of the reviews here are coming from the company, the reviews are suspiciously chat-gpt like with “zero” cons on most reviews…. The micro management is a bit much (calling 5-10 mins before you’re off work, assigning tasks right at the end of the day, checking to see if I am online at all times, etc). This company is definitely not a “as long as you get your work done” mentality. It is also very interesting that all advisors and exec can work remotely but then very strict when it comes to their employees. The salary is also on the low end for a financial company. Also very important that they have absolutely NO diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, culture, or awareness what so ever. So please keep this in mind if you are a minority/POC that values this aspect in the workplace.

Pros

Enjoying the client interactions and creating positive experiences for customers. Focus on professional development and quality service. I've learned a lot about handling paperwork, assisting operations, and helping with workshops. Solid benefits package (paid time off, healthcare coverage, retirement matching) and long-term stability.

Cons

A lot to juggle on busy days

Pros

Advisors are given autonomy to manage client relationships while following proven investment strategies. There’s a good balance between independence and structure. You get ongoing training, certifications, and exposure to complex financial products. It's a great chance to gain deep expertise in portfolio management and client advisory.

Cons

Building and maintaining a strong client base takes time and serious effort.
