I can't think of any cons

The environment is calm; the customers are very kind and patient, and the employees are sweet people.

The manager is unprofessional and easily irritable. He loses his composure at the smallest bit of stress and treats his new employees poorly, especially those who work the morning shift. He's not above using vulgar language and speaking down to his workers. Terrible training, especially for those with little-to-no work experience. Meanwhile, it's obvious that the manager himself is unaware of how to do any of the tasks. Major hypocrisy. The manager will give himself grace for making mistakes, or not understanding certain functions or routines, but berate workers for making the same mistakes or for not immediately knowing what to do within the first 24 hours. Lack of consideration for new workers. He's unforgiving and creates a hostile environment for those who may take longer to get used to the workflow. The manager has a terrible response to technical issues and will get angry at the closest employee, even though no one is at fault. Unless you can tolerate a manager with poor stress-regulation, glaring unprofessionalism, and terrible leadership, I do not recommend applying for this job.
