Pros

I choose to see this place as an inspiration. It's impossible to have imposter syndrome after seeing the leadership here. Anyone can truly accomplish anything.

Cons

Glassdoor won't allow me to use certain features without leaving a review for a past position, but I honestly don't have the time or desire to describe everything that made working here damaging to my career and health. Nor do I really want to revisit those memories. Most of the other reviews cover it. If you accept a role here, maybe advocate for it to be done remotely. That way you'll have at least some distance between yourself and most of the major cons.

Pros

Monday thru Thursday schedule. Paid two weeks during holiday season while company is shut down.

Cons

95% of the employees speak Spanish only. If you do not understand or speak Spanish be prepared to be treated like crap. There are only 2 girl that are bilingual. I was told by one of them that the night shift supervisor is a racist, (I'm white). There are only 2 white guys that work there that speak English. I was told that I was being let go due to not learning the job. In my defense, if they had English speaking people working there to do the training I would have been able to learn the job. Every time I asked a question, the women there would say ( Me No Speak English). Then they stand around and point fingers and laugh. I found out later when applying for unemployment that the reason they let me go was because the machine in the warehouse sucked in a bag and it stopped the machine. The funny thing about that is, the Lead was in charge of that section of the machine. I was about 25 feet away filling bags with spices. She was behind the machine on her phone texting her boyfriend which she does throughout the night every night.
