Pros
Puregym is a company that clearly cares for its employees. The push for progression and internal development is the highest i have seen in a company.The overall growth of the company is great also. Since the company is expanding so rapidly there is plenty of room to move up.
Cons
The biggest downfall i would say is lack of communication. Sometimes things get lost in translation as information is filtered down from the top. This is however something that they are aware of and are actively trying to fix.
