      Great team, friendly staff, lots of help when you need it! The job is also straight forward and easy to get your head around following all the help provided.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to progress up the ladder if you are looking to do this, as there are many people doing the same job and good work isn't monitored strictly enough.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
