Where to start.... - Poor leadership across the head office (People Team specifically) - No support or guidance received - A People team who have different views of business direction from the Product Team who know the business and the PT world through and through - Poor PT model that the business is trying to roll out across the UK, to save the business money. Any successful PT with a strong client base will not buy into this model or even look at PG as a career destination - Lack of People skills in the 'People team'; Ironic really but there is no sense of management or empathy with anyone in the team. - No/limited form of training/induction; Sink or swim environment
