      Pros

      There are no benefits to working at Pure. I will be leaving the profession due to their treatment.

      Cons

      Lack of support They favour their contracts with the NHS over employees They do not allow you to bring representation to meetings as they are sprung on you very quickly They do not communicate effectively They do not offer inductions or even introductions Very male dominated hierarchy

      I don’t have anything positive to say about this company.

      Cons

      Based off my experience within the company and the lack of support I received, I believe this company has a long way to go in becoming an inclusive workplace, in particular improving neuroinclusion. Very high workload that prioritises quantity over quality.
