Pros

- Employee benefits are good along with team night outs which are regular and fun. - Great office location and modern.

Cons

- Firstly, there are a lot of improvements that could be made to Pure360, like most companies but, I'd probably have to say this company, is the worst I've ever worked for and I'm not exaggerating. - Management is the worst. Especially in the Professional Services/Customer Experience department. They do not listen to the individual needs of a person, especially when training is clearly needed. I've looked back at past reviews and I can safely say... nothing has changed and I'll quote from 2014, "If someone fairly new isn't doing great at their job they don't get support or training, they just get put on a performance plan then sacked." In the time I worked there, I saw alot of people "disappear" which gave me uncertainty in how things exactly worked between HR, management & the employee. I constantly felt uneasy and being monitored all the time, this is not an environment I felt comfortable in. - Teams can actually be back stabbing on one another, especially to the point where they would get each other in trouble, something I experience and led me to the point where I had enough of it all and had to leave. - No career progression unless you've been there for a few years. - Mice all in the offices. (Even when clients were in for meetings) - HR do not listen to your views and feedback, you're brushed aside like you don't matter. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here unless you simply want to use it as a stepping stone and you're desperate.
