Pros
Some good people at all levels of the company. The growth and opportunity are there. Starting salaries are good but this is mostly because they only hire through recruiters and never promote from within.
Cons
Management is completely incompetent, they re-organize every single year. Turnover is absolutely insane. Tons of VPs with very few direct reports. Get a bonus? Congratulations.... have fun waiting another 6+ months for it to be paid out.
