      Employees are friendly and try to help each other out.

      Cons

      Most employees treated like they can easily be replaced. Not many chances to learn new skills or get a better job in the company. Health insurance costs too much money.

      The most supportive and encouraging work environment. Great space to learn, challenge yourself but also feel nurtured. The products are great too!

      Pros

      Exponential growth for a small company. They have a system to rework similar products, with a few changes to stay ahead. This approach has worked quite well for them. Only a few real innovations.

      Cons

      Throwing people under the bus is a common saying at this company. It is a saying admired by management. Competition between employees is common. There is little unity among or within departments. A stressful work environment.
