Pros
You get to meet a lot of really lovely people who are so talented and sweet natured and want to help. Sadly they are stuck in the call centre wheel. If you socialise after work you will hear some great stories.
Cons
The Management delude themselves that they are sensitive people. They are really as ruthless and nepitistic as other similar companies.
