Lack of money, to many skus

Good sales staff but they never last under such atrocious leadership by company president. They have hired a lot of talented sales people, but non of them stick around .

The president of the this company is a horrible leader . He is incompetent and clearly has no sales or leadership experience . Staff are treated like scum and they work really hard for the brand . It is so terrible working there that many people developed health problems while employed there . With a different leader , this company could have succeeded, but it's so far gone now with such a bad reputation , it's a lost cause and a dead product . A company can't be successful with such horrible leadership . This company holds no family values and expects work at all hours of night and day with absolutely no appreciation of any kind for their staff. The slackers and low performers get the most attention because they are cheap to employ and easily made to be puppets . There is and never has been a plan of action. This company is all over the place .
