Pros
Downtown, don't have to travel much. And don't need a car. Environment is good for a yes-man person. Some of the projects are interesting. There is a lot of items to learn about the business processes within health care and health care management
Cons
Not a management employee friendly environment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Job turnover is not due to expansion of business
