Purple Crow is wonderful place to work. Without a doubt, the culture is the best part about the company. Management genuinely cares about their employees and they make a great effort to provide for everyone.
Cons
From my experience, communication about job performance and standards is something that most companies struggle with. Purple Crow could do a better job with this.
